Welcome the new baby girl in the house: Trek 1.2 WSD. It took 2 weeks to find her and 4 different test rides on other bikes. There was Fuji, Le Mond, Specialized, Bianchi, & Scattante. But this one is the winner.
Gundam, my Specialized Sirrus hybrid bike is just too street to keep up with the outdoor road bikes. We get left in the dust. I also have to work double hard to even stay with the groups. Gundam has done me proud and has kept me safe. Gundam is definitely my dog, who always has my back!
Now with the new gal..I'm quite intimidated. I need to build trust in her. I know any sudden misjudge movements and I can crack clavicle. So we'll see this weekend with my first long ride with her. No new name yet...
